Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do now ship internationally but please be aware that shipping from the US to anywhere internationally is VERY expensive. Shipping will be $19.99
How can I track my orders?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can see where your package is, every step of the way! - Please remember, if you do not put in your correct email address you will NOT be able to track your order.
What if I put in the wrong address?
TGS is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.
What if my package was returned to the sender?
If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the package to be sent again. We will email you an invoice for the price of the return shipping label. Please check all addresses before submitting your order. When your package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Which would come out to be $5. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.

Customer Returns:
Unfortunately, TGS has a no refund/cancellation policy. After a product has been ordered the packaging process has already begun. If you have any concerns about your product please email us at Shakeisha@TytanGlowStyle.com and we will fulfill your concerns.
What if my product has damages?
Please email info@tytanGlowStyle.com within 7 days of your purchase if you notice anything wrong with your order.
What if I don't get my order?
In the unlikely event that your order does not make its way to you, please know that we are here to help. We strongly suggest that you purchase standard shipping PLUS insurance. Selecting this option ensures that should the product get lost en route to you that you will still get the items purchased at no additional expense to you.
What if I put in the wrong address?
It is important to notify us immediately if you provided us an incorrect shipping address. Our shipping departments ships out daily so the sooner we are aware that the address provided, the quicker we can correct it. Please note, we run all shipping addresses through the USPS database to verify the mailing address is valid, if it is NOT, we will immediately reach out to you to get a correct addresses. We will message/email you ONCE, if we do not get a response within 48hrs then we will refund your money. One final thing to note-IF the shipping address you provide to us is a valid address but not the address you wanted your items shipped to, we will not be able to refund your money.

What if I don't receive the correct items I've ordered?
It is very unlikely that this will happen, but even Super Women make errors from time to time. If that is the case, we will kindly request that you send us a video or picture of the incorrect item that you received. After confirmation, we will gladly ship you out the correct item. - Please remember, if we have CLEAR proof of us packaging your order, we will NOT refund you.

What if I buy a product that said "In stock" but is actually out of stock?
Now, this is 100% our fault. Here at TGS we try out complete BEST to calculate how much we have of everything. We might be off one and we are so sorry about that inconvenience. This rarely happens but when it does we will email you and ask if you'd rather receive a refund or choose another gloss. Now since we love our customers and care for their feelings this is why we ask if they'd like to choose another product. If you do not want the lipgloss that you received after you told us you did want it, you will NOT get a refund. Now, if you do not respond to us we will just put a couple of our best sellers in the package. Something that will match the style you got. Now if you DO NOT like what you have received you will have to send us the ENTIRE package back. It cannot be opened, used or touched.
